Vertex Office Support is an external finance and IT department for small businesses based in the Cotswolds. Headquartered in Bourton on the Water, Gloucestershire, the business was founded in 2020 by Andrew Wilkinson and incorporated as ANDNAN LTD in October 2024 when Shan Wilkinson joined the team.

Andrew brings extensive IT background as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and certified trainer, with over 20 years of IT management, consulting, and systems implementation experience. He also worked as a finance manager and head of operations. Shan brings finance and operations expertise, having served as finance director at a manufacturing company where she managed finance, IT systems, and strategic planning for over 12 years. She has also worked as a management accountant across multiple sectors.

Vertex offers ad hoc IT support, independent IT advice and business requirements reviews, and project-based IT work including system upgrades, software rollouts, and migrations. The business also provides bookkeeping, accounts management, invoicing, and general office administration. All services are tailored to individual business needs, with pricing provided upon request.
